Robb Wolf, Paleo Nutrition guru and a really smart guy, has a few case studies of people who converted to a Paleo eating strategy. I think these people may have been doing CrossFit too and it may have taken them between 30 days to 60 days for these changes to occur. I’m not sure about there level of intensity or training frequency, but I’m willing to bet it was at least 15-30 minutes, 3-5 days per week. This shows what’s possible if you commit to changing your current relationship with foods that “don’t love you” to ones that do…and exercising with a level of intensity that makes your body have to change. Some people want to look better naked and be healthy too; and they’re willing to put in the time and effort it takes in spite of their daily life challenges…others aren’t. It’s a personal choice, I’m just saying… Enjoy!
