The only way to begin your training at here at CrossFit Garland is with an Introductory Consultation and Training session. These are by appointment only – just give us just one hour or your time. And we’ll take the fear and unknown out of CrossFit. During this one-on-one private intro session, you’ll meet with a highly trained certified CrossFit coach to:
