Our CrossFit Garland Introductory session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself.  It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for joining our CrossFit program. After your CrossFit Garland Introductory session, you may be invited to choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

Invited?  Yes, because it takes a special person to be a part of our fitness tribe.  We are for the person who wants to take control of their health and get into the best shape of their lives.  You will need a high level of commitment to being the best you can be and a willingness to learn and persevere.  Whether you think you’re in good shape or not it is irrelevant to us. What matters most is your desire for results and willingness to work.

Our program is unique in that it offers the best of two worlds:  1) the energy and atmosphere of group fitness classes and 2) very personalized coaching outside of class. In class we teach CrossFit: functional exercises done with constant variety at a relatively high intensity level. Our coaching also reaches out into your life in whatever sense you may need it regarding your health and fitness. For some this may be nutrition or accountability to their fitness, while for others it may be coaching on making the correct, healthiest choices while traveling or dealing with a hectic work/life schedule.

We have a very comprehensive and encompassing program; a premium program. For this reason our program is a bit more expensive than the traditional gym. Our memberships range from about $120 to $225 per month depending on your training frequency and commitment level.  Think this is way too expensive? Check THIS out.

The people who train here have a wide variety of fitness levels, backgrounds, and abilities. The common thread among our diverse clientele is their commitment to better health and fitness. Our members typically train here 2-5 days per week and they’re committed to better health and independent living. Saying you are committed is one thing; demonstrating it is another.

We ask you to demonstrate your commitment by first contacting us to schedule your CrossFit Garland Introductory consultation and training session and then showing up and giving your best effort. If we think there is a good fit AND you are willing, then together we decide the best course of action for you.
