While we think everyone should be doing CrossFit at some level, not everyone is willing to work that hard. It has changed our lives and the lives of our tribe members, and we love sharing it with people. But there is a catch – it’s hard work. A CrossFit workout may be the hardest, most challenging thing you will ever do in your life.
Now, that doesn’t mean we are only looking for elite athletes. Many athletes cruise on their genetic gifts and wouldn’t know hard work if it hit them between the eyes. We are simply looking for people who are willing to put in the effort in order to improve themselves, people who realize that there are no shortcuts in life. We want folks who will make a positive contribution to the amazing, motivating and friendly community we have here at CrossFit Garland.
