In general, these are great resource websites on Paleo nutrition.  Some of it may be out there, but great info nonetheless.  There’s a lot of information and new material is added on a regular basis.  Be sure to read as much as you can on a given area and make informed decisions about what to do.  If you ever have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Local Farmers/Produce and Paleo Nutrition Providers

Some local providers of Paleo food items (i.e. real food with little to no processing) other than Whole Foods and Central Market, I’ve come across.  There are also several organic based, but non-Paleo food providers of items such as dairy, cheese, raw honey, etc., for those who choose not to follow Paleo eating strategies 100% of the time.  I haven’t visited them all.  As I do, I will provide feedback on what I find.

I always say, go by “good, better, best” when making decisions about what foods to eat.  When choosing produce, it’s always a great idea to buy it when it’s in season.  If you visit a local farmer who sells produce, ask for a produce list which tells you when certain items are available and where they came from.
