WOD: 2-3 rounds
200m Sprint
15 Pull Ups
30 KB Swings (16kg, 24kg)
60 Double Unders (5:1 Singles)
Rest 3 minutes

Active Recovery: After completing WOD, do mobility work (Stretching, foam rolling, etc.).
